Instead of simply showing or telling my clients exercises, nutrition strategies and lifestyle choices, I aim to teach habits and methods that can be used continually. There will be a reason behind everything I recommend, and this will be fully explained so you understand why you are doing it.

Everything will be geared towards helping you move forward.

Because if you're not moving forward, you're either stagnant or going backwards!

The services I offer depend completely on the individual (or group). 1 on 1 or group sessions, nutritional consultancy, training packages (heavily discounted, as this is the most effective), sports conditioning and lifestyle design.

For the more advanced fitness goers amongst you, I can design a full training programme and let you crack on with it, offering weekly or monthly check-ins to make sure you're on track.

For simple programme design I keep everything simple, but effective. You don't want complicated exercises or theories to remember when I'm not there, just a solid foundation to progress. With 1 on 1 and group sessions, things get a bit more complicated, but you'll be under the supervision and tuition of me! Intense, regular 1 on 1 sessions will get results VERY quickly, and you will learn things that'll last a lifetime.

Being in an industry tainted with gimmicks and false promises, it's my job to find the most effective and practical ways of helping you reach your fitness and lifestyle goals, and help you become as HEALTHY as possible.
